Registration deadline is July 9, 2020!

The League's annual convention will be a full day event to include our annual Resolutions Committee; AMIC's Annual Member Business Meeting, and the League's Annual Business Session.

CMO credit will be available and service awards will be presented.

We will conclude the day with a President's Reception at the Alabama Department of Archives and History. 

In order to ensure that there are no duplicate registrations, each registrant must use a separate email address. In the event that you do not have a separate email address for each registrant, you can go to Gmail.com or Yahoo.com and create a free email account. We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our contact data or lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time without your permission unless compelled to do so by law. 

NOTE: You will receive a reply link for the President’s Reception at a later date. Spouse/Guest information for the President's Reception will be in this reply link. Please look for this email, and reply promptly, if you plan to attend the President’s Reception and will bring your spouse or a guest to this event.

As the Convention Program is designed for municipal officials and municipal personnel, we do not recommend that spouses/guests/children attend these sessions. This agenda is designed to be a professional environment. A Delegate can have a spouse or guest join them at the President’s Reception. The spouse/guest information can be provided on the reply link that will be emailed to the Delegates after registration is complete.

Distinguished Service Awards

Deadline – June 3, 2020

The Alabama League of Municipalities presents municipal service awards during its annual convention to municipal officials and staff recognizing 20, 30, 40 and 50 years (in 10-year increments) of service earned during the previous calendar year. Awards are only presented to individuals who notify the League of a service milestone by June 3, 2020. Awards will not be given to those who fail to notify the League by the deadline. 

If you submitted a form for the Convention date in May, this information will be used for the July 23, 2020, Convention. You do not need to submit another form.
